Returns

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The period begins on the day you, or a third party you have nominated other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To withdraw from the contract, send us a clear statement of your decision, for example by email to kontakt@way369.com. You only need to send it before the 14-day period expires.

Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.

We will refund the payments received in accordance with applicable law, no later than 14 days after receiving your statement of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the circumstances specified in the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

Faulty goods and complaints

If the product you receive does not conform to the contract, email kontakt@way369.com. Describe the problem and provide the details needed to identify your order.

Under the Polish Consumer Rights Act, we are responsible for any lack of conformity that existed when the goods were delivered and becomes apparent within two years of delivery.

You may request a repair or replacement. In the circumstances provided for by law, you may also be entitled to a price reduction or to withdraw from the contract. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days.
